Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that exchanges or returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:
• Minor scratches or small dents on wires: these may occur naturally during the stainless-steel wire bending process in manufacturing.
• Visible joints between the main body and multi-purpose basket: long wires are joined during assembly, and this is a normal characteristic present in all products.

Refund Policy

    1. To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via email(help@wooltariusa.com) with a photo of the item(s). or by the phone(310-933-8448).
    2. Please note that exchange or refund requests made on review boards or other platforms are not accepted.
    3. Room temp. items:
      1. A 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges apply for returns due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Room temp. items.
    4. Cold temp. items: 
      1. Returns are not allowed due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Cold temp. items.
    5. If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please make sure to take photos of the item immediately upon delivery. Providing these photos is required to qualify for an exchange or refund. (Without photos, we may be unable to process your request.

Package Theft

    • In the event of theft, we will issue you a refund of up to $80 in points for the first instance. However, for any subsequent thefts to the same address or account, you will be solely responsible for the products left at your delivery address. Wooltari will not offer refunds for any subsequent theft claims.

기다렸던 제품 두번째로 구입하게 되었습니다.
처음에 구입한 왼쪽은 거치하는 부분이 세모모양의 돌기가 있어 씻은 접시가 넘어지지 않아요. 하지만 이틀에 한번씩은 건조대를 씻어 닦아 말리는데 아무래도 볼록한부분이 있어 세척하기 조금 불편합니다.
두번째 구입엔 거치하는 부분이 민짜 (flat) 이어서 세척하긴 간편하지만 접시한두개를 올려놓기엔 씻어 올려놓자마자 넘어집니다.
손설겆이를 거의 매일 해서 식기건조대가 하나로는 부족해서 두번구입했습니다.
왼쪽은 설겆이 바로하고 얹져놓은 쓰임으로 쓰이고 어느정도 마르면 바로 오른쪽으로 옮기는 용으로 너무너무 잘쓰고 있어요. 돈 값을 하는 제품으로 강추합니다

손설겆이를 해야 직성이 풀리는 주부인데 식기건조기가 필수여서 아마존, 타겟에 파는거 써봤어요. 결국은 몇개월 안되어 휘거나 녹슬거나 누런때 생기거나.. 울타리에 이제품 뜨자마자 구입했어요. 무게감있는 스텐레스 고급스럽고 세척하기에도 쉬워요. 물빠짐도 위생적이고 과학적 그리고 디자인적으로도 완벽해요. 돈 값하는 물건 만나기 힘든데 감동입니다. 가격대가 아무래도 있다보니 결제할때 고민하다 수저통, 행주걸이등 옵션을 선택 안했는데 살걸 후회되네요. 울타리 고마워요!
