Croaker is luxurious fish that korean kings ate. When boil croaker, the color of broth becomes white. You can add special sauce of Seolraedam and vegetables and you can enjoy deep spicy croaker stew.
How to Use
It contains fresh croaker, a lot of vegetables, spicy stew sauce, and clams.
1. Boil with high heat defrosted and cleaned croaker with 800ml of cool water.
2. When water is boiling, put clams and boil 10 min more.
3. Put iced vegetables and boil 2-3min more, then finished. You can add noodles or more vegetables.
