My husband really likes Gad Kimchi, and I don't really like Gad Kimchi kimchi, but this Gad Kimchi was clean and delicious! It goes especially well with spicy ramen and jjajang ramen. I would buy it again👍

I don't like the kimchi I buy because it's salty and sweet, but I ordered it after reading the reviews because I was curious. I think I know what the reviews mean when they say it tastes like homemade. It's so refreshing and spicy that I ate a bowl with rice and seaweed as soon as it arrived. I like underripe kimchi rather than overripe kimchi, so I liked that it was barely ripe. 3kg is the right amount for a 0.9 gal/3.4 L container sold on Amazon, and there's about a plate left. To be honest, it's a bit too much for one person, but I like it so much that I think I'll keep ordering it in the future.

I eat Hwang Jin-dam kimchi and Hong Jin-kyung kimchi alternately. Hwang Jin-dam kimchi has just the right amount of seasoning, but it's so delicious that I wonder what she put in it. So if you want to eat it quickly or store it for a long time, you have to flip it over every few days and submerge the surface of the kimchi in the broth, which is a hassle. However, I like it because it doesn't taste like seasoning and tastes like homemade kimchi, so I buy it occasionally.
