Designed with a low salinity level of around 3%, about one-fifth the saltiness of traditional Korean soy sauce, making it easy and enjoyable to eat on its own. Through a 24-hour tumbling process and 72 hours of low-temperature aging, it develops a deep umami flavor without excessive saltiness.
