How to Use

이제 저도 육수한알만 있으면 5분 만에 육수장인!😄👍
말로만 듣던 육수코인을 드디어 써 보았어요. 동네 한인마트에 있는 브랜드를 좀 망설이던 찰나, 울타리에서 짠 ~ 하고 <해통령 육수한알>이 보이길래 얼른 구매했지요. 모든 재료가 한국산이고, 25개가 개별포장되어 있어서 깔끔해요.
원래도 고기육수 보다는 멸치, 다시마등의 해산물 육수를 선호하는데, 육수한알을 뜯어서 넣기 전에 냄새를 맡아보니 멸치와 해산물향이 진~하게 나서 벌써 가슴이 두근두근…😍ㅎㅎ이름값한다 싶었어요. 이번 설날 떡국 끓일 때 당장 써 보고 싶었는데, 때마침 연말에 택배가 딱 도착했더라구요. 바쁜 설날 아침, 끓는 물에 육수한알 몇 개 퐁당 넣고 국물을 내어, 역시 울타리에서 구입한 ‘마음이가’ 떡국떡 넣고 라면보다도 간편하게 떡국을 후루룩 끓였어요. 늘 떡국 끓일때마다 멸치, 다시마, 버섯, 양파…이것저것 넣고 육수 만드느라 좀 번거로웠는데…조리법대로 물 350ml당 한 알 비율로 넣고, 5분도 안 끓였는데 국물에서 바로 깊고 구수한 맛이 나서 감탄사 연발!!!😄제 취향상, 끓일 때 마늘만 조금 더 첨가했고…계란 풀고, 간 칠면조고기를 양념해서 볶은걸 고명으로 올리고, 역시나 울타리표 파 송송썰고, 김, 참기름, 후추 뿌려서 먹었더니 감칠맛에 간도 딱 맞아서 온 가족이 칭찬을 하더라구요.😍 울타리 덕분에 기분좋은 새해를 맞이했어요! 다른 국물요리에 또 넣어보고 싶은 생각에 벌써 설레임으로 가슴이 콩닥콩닥하네요.😄
요즘 이거 없으면 국 못 끓여요. 세일할때 많이 쟁여두는 아이템이에요
