The pork jowl is delicious

I always eat it deliciously! (I've been eating it so often lately that I won't be ordering it for a while, but I'll be craving it again soon, right?)

This is an item I buy often. It's delicious and comes cleanly, so I stock up on it when it's on sale.

It's really delicious when you eat pork jowl and Gwanggochujorim. The meat quality is really good.

This is the kind of meat that warms my heart when I run out of it and have to buy it and stock up on it.
I saw on TV this time that they put pork Soy Sauce sauce in udon noodles and eat it with boiled eggs.
I thought it would be just as delicious as boiled pork jowl that is deep-fried in oil.
So, I just grilled the pork jowl with salt, then cut it into small pieces and fried it.
I used soba soy sauce for the Soy Sauce, added spiciness with mala sauce-style chili oil, and ate it on top of udon and onion slices with a poached egg.
I rinsed the udon noodles in cold water once to make them chewy, but it didn't go well with the pork jowl.
It was much more delicious to take it out of the boiling water without rinsing it, put it in a bowl while it was still warm, and eat it in one bite with the warm pork jowl!
I really like this pork jowl because it has so many uses.
