1. 흐르는 물에 칫솔로 살과 패각을 깨끗하게 씻어주세요.
2. 살과 패각 사이에 숟가락을 깊게 밀어 넣어 분리합니다.
3. 숟가락으로 전복의 내장을 제거해주세요.
4. 살의 끝에 달린 전복의 이빨을 칼로 잘라 제거합니다.
