Korean Style Cold Soba (Buckwheat Noodle) 1022g

Korean-style buckwheat noodle made by rolling up chewy buckwheat noodles with plenty of grated radish, seaweed powder, and green onions in a salty yet sweet soup.

Cooking Directions:
1. Untangle the thawed noodle and put into boiling water for 3-4 mins while stirring slowly.
2. Removed the noodle from boiling water and rinse well in cold water. Drain excess water and transfer contents to a bowl.
3. Add sauce and seasoning over the noodle, mix and enjoy!

한국에서 광화문 미진에 자주 갔었는데 밀키트로 미국에서도 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋아요. 가쯔오부시 향이 진하면서 살짝 달큰한 국물에 갈은 무를 첨가하고 넣으면 밸런스가 잘 맞아요. 그리고 저는 본점 스타일로 와사비와 쪽파를 송송썰어서 국물에 넣어 먹었어요. 처음 국수 삶기 전에는 양이 적어보였는데 막상 먹어보니깐 1.5인분은 되는거 같아요. 간편하게 든든한 한끼를 먹을 수 있어서 강추합니다.

가성비가 좋아요. 저는 일부러 얼은 소스를 다 녹히지 않아요. 더 시원하게 먹으려고. 개인적으로 저는 간 무가 있어서 좋구요. 볶은 참깨와 김 후레이크도 첨부되어있어 좋아요. 양더 꾀 되요~. 더운 여름 지나가기 전에 열심히 먹습니다. 저는 소스 남은것에 물 조금 더 첨가해서 오댕국도 해요~

신상품으로 광화문미진 메밀국수.를 보고 네이버에 검색해보니 7년연속 미슐랭맛집이란 글을 보고 바로 구입하여 배달되자마자 점심으로 잘 먹었습니다. 바로 먹으니 메밀소스 녹이기도 좋았답니다. 조리방법 뒷면에 나와있듯이 파와 겨자 추가 해서 먹으니 겨자의 알싸함도 좋았답니다.
보기에 생면 양이 많아 보이지 않았기에
혹 양이 부족할까봐 집에있던 건메밀면도 따로 준비했으나
들어있던 생메밀면을 익히고 나니 양이 부족함이 없었습니다
계획대로 만두는🥟물만두로 준비하여 소스에 담가서도 먹으니 또다른 별미.
생면이 익힐때 보통 많이 끊기는게 그렇지도 않았고 면도 얇지 않고 식감도 찰지고 더운날 시원하게 너무 잘 먹었습니다.
보통의 식당에서 먹는것보다도 맛있었다고 말할 수 있습니다👍🏻 리밋이 더 많으면 좋으나 최소한 2봉지는 구입할 수 있게 해주기를 또. 앞으로도 많은 신상품소개 부탁드려요😊

후기 안 올리는데 너무 맛있게 먹어서 올려봅니다. 마켓 컬리 추천 제품은 대부분 다 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 냉동실에 보관하니 국물이 얼어 있어서 얼음 따로 필요 없고 파만 더 넣었어요. 정말 맛있네요. 엘에이 갈비 구워 함께 먹으니 잘 어울리네요. 여름엔 냉모밀이 최고예요. 다이어트 하는 딸도 냉모밀국수는 좋아합니다. 좋은 제품 감사해요.
