[Han Kal Food] Spicy Hand-Torn Noodle Soup Meal Kit 600g
We upgraded the previously sold anchovy broth to a 3x concentrate, creating a simpler and better-tasting meal kit.
From the famous local restaurant, “Han Kal Kalguksu” in Chilseong-dong, Daegu, our popular dish is conveniently packed into a meal kit. The broth is made with anchovies, creating a clean yet deep savory taste. For enhanced flavor, you can try the enclosed soybean paste with the noodles.
This authentic anchovy broth base stands apart from liquid or powdered soups, offering a rich blend of anchovies, kelp, radish, onion, green onion, and red pepper seeds.
● Cooking Method!
1. Pour broth and 600cc of water into a suitably sized pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the fresh noodles, vegetables, and red pepper seasoning.
2. When the broth starts boiling again, cook for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with dried seaweed flakes and powdered seaweed, and enjoy!

원래 수제비 좋아하는데 정말 맛있어요~ 당근, 호박, 양파 좀 있으면 썰어넣고 끓을 때 다진마늘 한 스푼, 버섯 넣고, 계란 풀어넣으면 크~~~ 밀키트에 포함된 다대기도 맛있고 된장도 맛있어용~ 짱짱
2인분인줄 알았는데 뭔가 넉넉한 1인분정도가 되는것 같습니다. 한국에서 먹는맛과는 조금 달랐지만 그래도 맛있었어요!!
늘 시켜먹는 제품중에 하나에요. 양이 전보다 줄었나 싶긴 했는데 야채 듬뿍 넣어 먹으니 충분하더라구요
이것 참 요물이네요 야채재료를 집에 있는것들로 듬뿍 추가하고 육수에 빈죽을 떼어 넣는 방식으로 되어 있으니 밀키트보다 직접 요리해서 나온 느낌이고 들깨도 듬뿍 반죽도 저희 집기준 2인분양정도 되고 고명 김도 따로 듬뿍, 푸짐하고 쫀득한 수제비 맛도 기막혀 반했습니다
간편하게 쫀득한 들깨 수제비 잘먹었어요.
얼마나 많이 샀는지 셀 수도 없네요👍
