Wow, it tastes just as good as eating out!!

Oh, I didn't expect much, but it's more filling and tastier than I thought! The noodles are udon-style, which is a bit less my style, but it's still delicious. I think I'll order again.

I buy it often because it tastes better than what you get at most Chinese restaurants. It tastes even better when you add vegetables, shrimp, and pork belly.

I order this every now and then when I crave Jjamppong. It's delicious.

I can see why it's famous

I hesitated a few times, but I bought it because it was so popular, and I think there's a reason for that. It had a savory flavor and moderate spiciness without any dramatic, exaggerated flavor. It's much more satisfying for the price than eating at a Chinese restaurant in Koreatown.
The ingredients are more substantial than I thought. The squid slices, oyster mushrooms, onions, carrot slices, and green onions are cleanly frozen.
It comes in two servings, and the recipe is very easy. I personally felt a bit uneasy about putting the broth pack in the plastic bag in boiling water, so I left it at room temperature for a while and opened the package while it was slightly melted and put it in. It's much better when it's boiling like this. I wanted to add a sweet flavor to the broth, so I sautéed half an onion in advance and added it to the broth, and to make the broth more generous, I added 150ml of water and half a pack of seafood broth. Even though I ate it as is without adding any other ingredients, it was good enough as a quick meal! 😍
I boiled it briskly for about 8 minutes, then added the raw noodles cooked according to the recipe (the noodles don't break or stick together easily, just right!) and boiled it for another minute. It was a very satisfying meal with hot steam rising. My husband and I each ate one pack for lunch, and it was so good that I could remember the hot and refreshing taste even late at night. This is a must-have item!!! I'll definitely add the maximum quantity next time I order. 😍

It seems like it would be tastier if it was made with a long sauce, but it's still okay to make it quickly and eat it on a day when you don't feel like making dinner.

There are so many different types of Jjamppong these days, but I think the one I eat the most often and am most satisfied with in terms of price is Hongya Jjamppong! You can eat it so satisfyingly that you don't even have to go to a Jjamppong specialty restaurant.
