The Famous Garak noodles in Daejeon Station!
Garak noodles are thick wheat noodles served with a savory soup base in Korean cuisine.
Our soup base is not in powder form; it's made with high-quality anchovies, kelp, radishes, onions, green onions, and red pepper seeds.
Cooking Directions
1. Boil the thawed raw noodles for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl.
3. In a separate pot, boil the broth and pour it over the noodles.
4. Finish with toppings of green onion, sesame powder, and red pepper powder.

I always keep some in the freezer. It would be nice if they discounted it a bit more ㅜㅜ The rich anchovy broth is so delicious! My mom likes it too, so I sent some to her too ㅋㅋㅋ

추억의 대전역 가락국수! 한번도 먹어 본 적 없지만 리뷰가 좋아서 요번에 구매해서 먹어봤어요~
육수가 정말 맛있게 잘 나왔구요.
생면, 파, 고춧가루, 김 고명까지 구성맞춤 완벽해요~
한가지 아쉬운 것은 면이 하나…. 라서 저는 효자원 쌀국수 더 삶아서 2인분으로 만들어서 먹었어요.
그리고 파 더 넣고 버섯을 추가해서 먹었는데 버섯이 육수와 clash 하지 않고 잘 어울리더라구요~
오늘 좀 쌀쌀한 날씨에 따뜻한 국물음식이 땡길 때, 강추에요!
Nostalgic Daejeon Station Garak Guksu! I'd never had it before, but the reviews were so good that I bought it and tried it this time.
The broth was absolutely delicious.
The fresh noodles, green onions, red pepper powder, and even the seaweed were perfectly combined.
The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was only one noodle... So I boiled more Hyojawon rice noodles and made two servings.
I also added more green onions and mushrooms. The mushrooms complemented the broth perfectly, without clashing.
This is highly recommended on a chilly day like today when you're craving a warm soup!
