The Omadeng brand is really good quality. It is almost oil-free and has a good taste and texture. It is my favorite fish cake brand. I am especially satisfied with the square fish cake because it can be used in many different ways.

For my taste, I like Omadeng better than Samjin Eomuk!
If I stir-fry fish cake and wrap it in fish cake kimbap, my little one will give me a thumbs up.
It's chewy and sticky to the mouth, but not too salty, and has a clean taste.
The fish cake was delicious, but I can't see it in the Wooltari these days ㅜㅜ
