Stir-Fried Taro Stems
1. Blanch the taro stems in boiling water, rinse them several times in cold water, and soak them overnight.
2. Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing minced garlic, chopped green onions, light soy sauce, and perilla seed powder.
3. Heat perilla oil in a pan and stir-fry the taro stems.
4. Add the prepared seasoning sauce and continue stir-frying until the taro stems are fully cooked and well coated.
