How to Cook
Step 1
Add the noodles into boiling broth. Season to taste and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring gently.
Tip: Once it starts boiling, lower the heat slightly to prevent overflowing.

Step 2
For a richer flavor, add ingredients such as potatoes, zucchini, onion, or chili peppers.
Enjoy a warm and hearty bowl of kalguksu.

원래 H Mart에서 칠갑농산 감자 생칼국수면을 가끔 사 먹었는데, 제 최애 칼국수였어요. 두 개가 한 번에 포장돼 혼자 먹기엔 양 조절에 실패하거나, 남은 면을 냉장고에 두면 말라버려 버리곤 했죠 😅

그런데 이번에 나온 칠갑농산 생칼국수면은 1인분 소포장이라 혼자 먹기 딱 좋고, 바로 끓여 먹을 수 있어 편리했어요.

화학첨가물 무첨가라 마음이 편하고, 원래 잘 안 따지던 제가 ingredients까지 확인하게 되더라고요. 5개나 들어 있어 양도 넉넉하고, 맛있는 김치만 있으면 라면보다 훨씬 간단하게 끓일 수 있어요.

저는 수원갈비 구워 남은 뼈로 육수를 만들어 끓여봤는데, 면이 생면 못지않게 쫄깃쫄깃해서 정말 맛있더라고요. 게다가 금방 끓이니까 바쁜 날에도 딱이에요.

아쉬운 점이라면, 한 개만 살 수 없는 점? ㅋㅋ 조금만 옵션 늘려주세요~
혼자 먹기 좋은 양, 건강한 재료, 쫄깃한 면발까지! 칠갑농산 생칼국수면, 재구매 100% 확실 😆
다음에는 새로 나온 잡채도 주문해 봐야겠어요~
