해동하고 통마늘이랑볶다가 기름제거뒤 마지막에 레드와인 한스푼 너서 쎈불로 볶고 깿잎이랑 먹으면 극락갑니다
Defrost it, stir-fry it with whole garlic, remove the oil, and at the end, add a spoonful of red wine and stir-fry it over high heat. Eat it with perilla leaves and you'll be in heaven.
맛이 지나치게 자극적이지 않아서 늘 주문할 때 담는 템입니다. 잘 얼어 배송되서 살짝 녹인 후 분량 소분 해서 넣어뒀어요. 별 재료 없이 야채 좀 섞어 볶아먹으면 한끼 메인메뉴로 그만이에요.
This is a dish I always add to my order because the flavor isn't overly spicy. It arrives frozen, so I thaw it slightly and then portion it out. Just stir-fry it with some vegetables and it's a perfect main dish for a meal.
