Chewy chikuwa (fried fish cake) in a cold udon
Clean and light taste!
Introducing Chikuwa and Cold Udon, crispy fried fish cake with a chewy texture inside topped on thick cold udon.
The sauce has a rich deep flavor with Katsuobushi concentrate.
① Defrost the cold udon sauce and wasabi (defrost the cold udon sauce until thin ice forms).
② Place frozen chikuwa tempura in the air fryer and bake at 190°C for 6 minutes.
③ Put 1L of water in a pot and when it starts to boil, add frozen udon noodles and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
④ Place the boiled udon noodles in a colander, rinse in cold water, drain, and place in a bowl.
⑤ Pour cold udon sauce over the udon noodles in a bowl and top with chikuwa tempura and wasabi.
