드디어 미국집에서 실물을 만져보는 연세우유 크림빵!!
처음이라 좋아하는 초코맛을 일단 사 보았어요. 크림이 어마무시하게 들어있다고 하더니, 들어보니 묵직해서 기분이 좋아요!♥️ 사이즈도 생각보다 크고, 반을 갈라보니 딱 기대했던 한가득 폭탄크림!!😍 아랫부분의 진한 부분은 초콜릿 조각들인데, 오도독 씹히는 초콜릿이 그대로 들어있어서 씹는 재미도 있어요. 빵부분은 그리 고급스럽진 않아도(약간…제과점의 모카빵 느낌이랄까…) 풍부한 크림과 어우러져 오히려 담백한 맛으로 어우러지네요. 크림의 초코향은, 초코우유를 먹을때 나는 초코맛, 딱 그맛이에요. 뒷맛은 버터같은 향이 남구요.
저는 냉동실에서 바로 꺼내어 조금 두었다가 시원하게 먹었는데 그게 훨씬 더 좋을 것 같아요. 생크림이 워낙 많아 자칫 느끼해 질 수 있는 부분을 차가운 느낌이 덮어준달까… 저는 개인적으로 워낙 크림을 좋아해서 어떤 상태로든 맛있을 것 같지만요.😅 기분전환용 간식으로 꺼내서 반 덩어리 먹었는데 목적달성 했습니다. 크림빵이나 크림 가득 케이크 좋아하시면 저처럼 만족하실거예요! 차갑게 드세용~ 👍
Finally, I got to touch the real thing at my American home, Yonsei Milk Cream Bread!!
Since it was my first time, I bought my favorite chocolate flavor. They said it had a ton of cream in it, and when I tasted it, it was heavy and I felt good! ♥️ The size was bigger than I thought, and when I cut it in half, it was exactly what I expected, full of bomb cream!!😍 The dark part at the bottom is chocolate pieces, and it has crunchy chocolate inside, so it's fun to chew. The bread part isn't that fancy (a bit...like a mocha bread from a bakery...), but it goes well with the rich cream, creating a rather light taste. The chocolate flavor of the cream is exactly the same as the chocolate flavor you get when you drink chocolate milk. The aftertaste is like butter.
I took it out of the freezer and let it sit for a while before eating it cold, and I think that would be much better. Since there's so much whipped cream, the coldness covered up the part that could easily become greasy... I personally love cream so much that I think it would be delicious in any form.😅 I took it out as a snack to change my mood and ate half of it, and it achieved its purpose. If you like cream bread or cream-filled cakes, you'll be satisfied like me! Eat it cold~ 👍
